After acquisition of the company by Publicis Groupe and expansion of the team, the technical department was divided in two separate units. I was appointed to lead the newly created Pre-Launch department. The main focus of my team (Technical Support and Onboarding Specialists) is to help launch new accounts fast and effectively. I own the whole presale and onboarding process of new clients from a technical perspective. Also when our CTO is not available I’m acting as his Deputy. - Lead the pre-launch and onboarding phase for new clients, ensuring smooth technical integration and readiness for affiliate account activation. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between technical staff, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions. - Provide senior-level technical support and act as an escalation point for complex integration and tracking issues. - Train and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional technical growth and onboarding. - Manage team workload, task prioritization, and resource allocation based on capacity and business priorities. Key achievements: - Over the years I’ve worked with 500+ clients - During that time I hired, trained and managed 10+ colleagues. - Since October 2025 - from my own initiative I merged my technical team with a team of our Onboarding specialists for unifying prelaunch processes
