Project - Lab Equipment Leading a team of 5 people in order to get specification of the equipment, find agreement with all members of the team and communicate and cooperate with supplier. Ensure quality and lead time and follow time schedule and budget for the project. Presenting to the management. Project - NPI Parts Goal of the project is come up with a new part for collective protection (Combisafe). Lead team of 7 people (Purchasing, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Management, Customer). Ensure communication flow among involved departments, communication line with customer and presentation of the progress to the management. Follow all requirements from NPI Process from Phase 0 to Phase 5. Management Experience Responsible for managing Laboratory order, labeling samples, 5S and material flow in accordance with ISO audit.
